Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You have two weeks from the date you receive your order to notify us of any issues. This includes incorrect color, wrong item, or missing item. While we strive to ensure the quality of our products, mistakes can happen, and we are committed to resolving them promptly. If you do not contact us within the 2-week period, we will be unable to address your issue without additional charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product color is significantly different from what you requested and you provided a sample, we will exchange it for the correct color (or as close as possible). Physical samples can be sent to us and will be returned with the corrected product. This must also be done within two weeks of receipt. For issues resulting from our errors, we will reimburse shipping costs once the item is returned.

 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like customized products (such as special orders or products dyed using requested colors) and digital items. We do not accept returns or refund requests based on a change of mind regarding color, style, etc. If there is a genuine defect on our part, the item can be returned and replaced at no cost within the two-week timeframe. Items that have been worn, abused, or intentionally damaged will not be accepted for replacement and will be sent back to you (if you pay for the returning shipping cost). This policy does not apply to discounted items sold as faulty; no refunds or replacements are available for these items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not offer refunds based on sizing issues. Most, if not all, items include measurements, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are suitable for your needs. If you require additional measurements, please contact us before ordering to confirm they meet your requirements.



Exchanges
It is possible to request an exchange of an item. These are processed on an individual basis, so please contact us if you would like to exchange your item(s).

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (unless we agreed upon another solution individually). Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
